In this review of Sinew Nutrition Raw Whey Protein Concentrate 79%, 3 Kg (Unflavoured) I will talk about my experience of using this whey protein powder for a period of 6 months, which is enough to decide whether the product is worth your hard-earned money.
I'll review under the following categories:
- Taste and Texture:
The Sinew Whey Protein concentrate 79 percent is a fine white-yellowish powder. It mixes fine in both water and milk. Although, using a shaker would be recommendd for a consistent, smooth shake.
- Nutritional value and claims:
- Effectiveness
There are products available on the market that provide almost equal, if not better results. However, the cost-benefit offered by Sinew Nutrition Raw Whey Protein Concentrate 79%, 3 Kg (Unflavoured) is unbeaten.
- Side-effects, if any.
There is, however, the possibility of a lot of flatulence, if you are consuming a large amount of protein on a daily basis. This is nothing to worry about and is a common thing with bodybuilders. This happens because when a protein (Amino acids) are digested, Nitrogen is released as a by-product, which needs to be let out of the body. This is why flatulence occurs.
Once you take whey, I also recommend you start taking creatine. It helps increase your work capacity, allows your muscles to look fuller and is completely devoid of any side effects. If at all, you are serious about having a physique worth looking at, whey plus creatine is a must-have combo.
